Last week Rafa said he would probably be back in training in 2-3 weeks.

Don't think he will make his debut until after the chelsea game, but you never know...

Would be handy to have sooner....the more options we have in the midfield the better and although Lucas may be improving I would still like it if he were second choice!

nice to use him as a surprise tactic against the scum, if he can come out and show a thing or two to t6he mancs, since nobody has seen him play for us yet.

Secret weapon:)

Yes great secret weapon.... We can use a player like him.. A player that has managed 81 games in 5 years, scored only 11 times, and has an almighty assist total of 1 (Yes, ONE).

What a weapon....

whats your point? You not making a point here? you again speaking from the anger and hatred standpoint!

You are not contributing anything with this statement of yours.

If im injured for a long time, that doesnt mean i cant be used as weapon that nobody knows. Look at the Mancs, they also have a injured player that they bought and he hant played yet.

You got go for anger management! lol

Always lookint at life and things from your own point of view, you fail to see things balanced. Aurelio was injured for much of teh time he has been at anfield, he contributed great last season at old trafford.

You havent even given Aquilani a chance, hw do you know if the ankle op he went for nwas the reason he had so many injuries? how do you know if his injuries are behind him?

Do you think LFC doctors and management team dont know these things when they buy a player? Do you think LFC managment team and doctir are from the conference?

You call yourself a Liverpool supporter, (and you're obviously thinking that you're better than anyone else on this forum just because you've got the nearest way to anfield), and yet you can't even give this lad ONE chance before he's even played a game.....pathetic...

With that said, I hope he does put his injuries behind him and becomes a superstar. He should have more than 1 assist, but I think he is more of a goalscoring midfielder arriving in the box late, or hitting goals from 30 yards. Hope he's back soon.

Yea, but we never know what this guys weak points are, are all his injuries due to ankle? Owen, was mainly hamstrings, this bloke hasnt even walked out on anfield, and some fans already negative?

He is doing his rehab now, but he is atching and listening to the coach, he is given tapes and things to watch too, lets be positive, give the lad a break. If chelsea also wanted him, then he cant be a dudd. Besides, he hasnt worked with Rafa, alonso has the potential, rafa fine tuned him, give the lad a seaon with Rafa.
