If I remember correctly from previous years, you can only see each others teams once the season has started. Oh, and from that point forward all transfers cost you points (2 per transfer last year I think). think you got one free transfer every week (make more then one and you'll loose points). and then you got a wildcard where you can change as many as you want. there are 2 wildcards weeks i think. i would imagine 1 of those weeks will be in February after january transfers.

I have:

Sub: as cheap as possible. why are you doing yr subs as cheap as poss? any advantages on doing that, am a virgin to this you see I try and buy the best first 11 I can and if I get the cheapest subs I can, then I've got more for decent players. Because I've found that if someone is injured, or doesn't play, then it's not a big loss, and in relation to injured players, you get a free transfer every week to sort that out. I guess I'd rather fake the risk and get the best first 11, because the subs hardly ever get points anyway.

looking at some of these teams i think im the only one who has gone with the idea of getting the best 15 man squad i can. you lot seem to have gone for the worst subs you could find to free up money for your starting 11.

looking at some of these teams i think im the only one who has gone with the idea of getting the best 15 man squad i can. you lot seem to have gone for the worst subs you could find to free up money for your starting 11. Mine was like that at first, a few changes here and there and I have a pretty decent squad (I think)

ok ladz whats better to have, the best 1st 11 and cheap subs or a all-round good squad ? all round good squad. that way you can have a little look at the fixtures and make a couple of changes like i have warnock and enrique in my squad so if villa are playnig one of the big boys away and n'castle are playing swansea at home i can swap them around.

I've always gone all round squad, cause it really depends on who plays who each week, for e.g in my team i'm starting with mauro formica in my starting 11 for blackburn cause there playing wolves at home, whereas I have suarez and brunt both on the becnh cause suarez won't start and west brom r playing man utd so no points there.
The only doss of a player i have is the reserve keeper and got him for 4 mil but just incase I selected one who'll still play week in week out at his club just incase hart gets injured.
Realistically i'm happy to say i have 5 bargains in my team in relation to their prices who I reckon will get min 80-110 points a season, with 7 top priced players in my squad.
