I would like Enrique cuz he is good defensively and is a very good crosser. And most importantly he is proven. i,ll second that

Reported today, Dalglish ready to fend off Prem rivals like Arsenal and Chelsea by making a 15 million pound bid for James Mcarthy, after seeing contract negotiations halt.

Enrique will be the ideal solutions to us right now. The most important attribute that he have right now is that he is proven in the Premier League. The only stumbling block right now is regarding his transfer fee. We saw how the Newcastle board put us at ransom for the Carroll transfer as they know at that time we urgently need a striker to fill up the striking role since Torres is leaving. So I believe they are going to do the same right now with Enrique when we are currently in a near similar position. My choice at the moment would be Jansen if he is available. He would not only come cheap but a reputation too. We know he is one of the uprising batch of new stars in the Germany squad at the moment. And hopefully if he do come , he can be as good as our previous German full backs like Markus Babbel and Christian Ziege. The next choice would be Alvaro Pereira of Porto/Uruguay. But he would cost a lot. His release clause is 17m pounds if I'm not mistaken but he would be the a great attacking option from full back position like what Glen Johnson is doing in on the right hand side...

If we get him for 6 mill, that's one hell of a deal.

with one year left on his contract i think that's a fair price And yet, something of a steal if we land him. It's a more realistic price than the bullsh*t prices they were throwing around.
