Anyone who thinks a "marquee" signing is coming knows nothing about Kenny Dalglish or the way our club is run. That's not a criticism of anyone, just a fact to paint a clearer picture and help people avoid big disappointment when nothing materialises. And of course, you know everything about Kenny Dalglish and the way our club is run? Ugh.

I know enough about him and the club I've supported all my life to know that a big-money, crowd pleasing signing just isn't going to happen - it's not really the way the club operates and it's certainly not Kenny's style.
Maybe if you learnt more about the man and the club instead of trying to take a cheap shot at me you would realise I'm right. Focus your attention elsewhere I say.
Time will prove I am right though and it won't be me who's disappointed when this mythical "marquee" signing doesn't materialise. Good luck with your fantasies though - I hope they don't leave you too disappointed.

FYI,
- I don't believe there's a 'marquee signing' coming.
- I haven't said anywhere that i believe there's one coming.
- I'm not living in a fantasy world.
- I won't be disappointed if we don't sign this 'mythical marquee signing'.
- Just because i believe you full of absolute grade-A sh*te, doesn't mean i fit into the same bracket as anyone who believes any of the above.
Everything isn't black and white, look out for those grey areas - it may serve you well.

LOL - hardly a crowd pleasing signing. The whole deal, especially the price, smacked of desperation and WITHOUT DOUBT we got robbed as it was deadline day, everyone knew we had cash and everyone knew we needed a replacement asap. Do you consider Carroll to be a marquee signing? :-)
