correct and if liverpool dont get in the CL again and he keeps playing well he will move on sadly .

I will not be surprised if Luis Suarez wants to leave us but I don't think it will be very soon. He had came out before saying that it is his dream to be playing for Barcelona. Every player wants to play for a club that is at the top of the pile now. Just imagine , IF in 2 or 3 years time , Liverpool wins everything that they compete in especially the Champions League , maybe Lionel Messi will say that he dreams to play for Liverpool.

Liverpool buy players in the hope that they can make us a better team. If they think that they are bigger than the club then just let them go. Like it or not we have to move on. The same goes to Suarez or anyone in the Liverpool squad right now. I hate to quote this example but this is a fact. Fake Ronaldo , whom at that time is considered the best player in the world , left Scums and what did the Scums do? They look forward and progress from there. Although the replacement are not as good as the Fake Ronaldo but they still make do with what they have and they succeed. So I think we should do the same. Torres went off but we got Suarez and Carroll. And because we got Carroll who is injured when we signed him , we got to showcase a real partnership waiting to blossom in the shape of Kuyt and Suarez. Without Carroll's injury ( let's hope it will be minimised this season ) , we would not know how good Suarez and Kuyt can be as a striking partner.

So , everything happen for a reason. Whether or not Suarez wants to leave after a few seasons it's up to him. I believe we must move on and also we can cope if he does leave like what happen in Torres and Mascherano's situation.

Every one likes to play Barca as they are winning everything..
How many players will say "NO" if journalist asks "Do you like to play for Barca???

"SNUBS" & "LOVE" are the fav words for Journos.

Good post Snakeye! look back further when Keegan left everyone cried, what will we do? who pops up? Kenny! keep the faith! wink

Unlike most posters on this forum who live in a Liverpool-tinged world of their own - he's a realist who has the common sense to recognise that the loyalties that make supporters lifelong fans tend not to apply to foreign players - even when they pretend to (a la Torres)

It's an interesting question - and we all kjnow if Suarez continues to shine and we fail to make trhe champoons league next season, we have a problem.

We kept Torres throughout his explosive spell becausae we consistently got into the champions league - had we not we would have lost him far earlier and I'm sure the same would apply to Suarez

I remember some utter chump going on Talk Sport at the start of last season claiming that there was not a chance of Man City finishing higher than Liverpool. Next day they beat us 3-0. I bet he posts on here - House, Murph maybe

Damn I missed the all important one. Keegan to Dalglish is a classic example.

If players like suarez ask to leave, then i think thats when a debate on wether to worry or not should be talked about! i dont see much point on over worrying on a what if,and even then we will move on, and fast.
