I think our marquee signing will be Mata. For some reason, if City get Aquero, which seems like they will. Then I think we'll go for Mata.

To be honest, i'd be happy enough for us to not get a 'marquee signing' this time round. I'd much rather see 2-3 more decent additions. A left back, a centre back and a striker would be nice. If we were to sign a striker though, i'd rather it was a young striker who wouldn't be demanding a starting place every week.

Its a tough decision. Do you go for Mata for 25mil or Sturridge (6 Mil), Enrique (10) and a central defender for 9 mil?

left back has got to be next to sign, then i think maybe a young centre forward with more ability than ngog, sturridge would be good but its unlikely he would come, we shoulda got him as part of the torres deal in jan i reckon

All's gone very quiet with Gary Cahill. I would have expected him to have gone to City by now. If we were to get him, would anyone else consider him a marquee signing?
