If I owned 5 square miles of prime development land Deakin do you think I would be on here? I would be out hunting foxes or with some posh totty. Instead......

Also its not really in Warrington its by the side of the M62 its as near Liverpool as Warrington. But if you don't like it then try Speke or maybe Kirkby. But as long as we build a new ground even on Stanley Park I will settle for that

burtonwood is actually 3 miles or less outside of the merseyside boundry now thats not much
