Mcleish resigns from Birmingham, Dann anyone or Cahill?

according to pault86 we've put in an improved offer for cahill today.

If we are to sign two youngsters my pick would be Erik Lamela and Iker Muniain.

Cahill or Dann would add steel to our defense. Not quite sure we need Adam since we have many players in those positions. It appears we are going to play a diamond formation rther than a straight up 4-4-2 with wingers next season.

We defo need a CB to challenge for first team, Cahill is top quality imo

cahill will be the best cb for us and dann too as he will be available cheaply..den wickham, adam and downing and mata...only one problem is there...our lb problem is still a very big one...i would like enrique..has been good and whips in nice cross but the one i really would like is baines..but m afraid we won't get him..

This might slow the deal with Dann as all transfer dealings will be put on hold until a new manager comes in.

Everyone will be gutted if we don't sign a tricky skillfull winger by the end of the transfer window. I hope we have a deal already done with Mata, just not telling anyone so someone can outbid us during the u21's

Cahill will be a gd addition to the squad. Carragher is done in maybe 2-3 years if he can keep off any injury. At the mean time, let him train with the one of the best and experience players in EPL. No doubt he is an awesome defender for Bolton if not the best for them at the moment. I can foresee being the best in the EPL in the years to come. He scores in set pieces as well.
