nope, that midfield is embarrassing and would get ripped apart by any half decent team. Seeing as you know everything lets see your line up than just pick faults at others. kuyt/mata gerrard lucas downing Thats a great midfield. great? no. but it's balanced and would work very well with our current strike force.

We still need width though. how many midfielders you having 3,4,5? either way having meireles, henderson and gerrard through the middle is far too attacking.

We still need width though. how many midfielders you having 3,4,5? either way having meireles, henderson and gerrard through the middle is far too attacking. Isnt the object of the game to score more than the oppostion?! Why do we have to play with a defensive midfielder?!

These so called holding defenders are a new thing. Great teams of the past havent had them. Whats wrong with playing teams off the park and keeping the ball?
no more needs to be said. here in 2011 all top teams have a sitting midfielder, it's just how it is
