I'm so glad that most transfer rumours are just plucked out of thin air by unimaginative reporters. I saw one report this morning (teamtalk), saying that the likes of spurs and man city have been alerted to the possible £15m availability of gonzalo higuain....whilst liverpool are chasing this jordan henderson chap!!!!
It's nice to know that the press think we are so unambitious - hopefully they'll be surprised in the next month or 2.

teamtalk are talking some right sh!t, 15 million for higuain everyone at real thinks he's their best striker and one of the best in the world. witch he probably is so 15 mill is far, far too low

Huguain for me is a quality player and shows that in the Spanish league and would show it in the italian league, but i believe he would fail in the prem, he would be just like Morientes for me.

A quick heads up lad's and lassie's,silly season is upon us yet again which means a ridiculous amount of new threads will be created no matter what people are told

Wouldn't it be better to have one transfer thread for each player linked? this general thread is now 124 pages long - 124 PAGES!!!! who can be be bothered to wade through all that to see if a player has been mentioned or to catch up with what's (not) going on?

Another link re-surfacing is Vargas from Fiorentina, not seen much about this guy. Anyone know anything about him. Obviously this is media talk yet again.

If there was a dedicted transfer section it would,but during the window lots of threads are started,and just disapear alot of them are on the same topic to.

I agree with you there CarheeX. Seems to be getting a mess in this thread now. If a thread for each player was set up then it would be easier, but then the moderators would have to make sure that only one each player is set up, because as we know it will happen were some people will make duplicates
