agree with snakeye would rather us have pacheco as back up than someone like babel who is earning 3 times as much in wages and is sh!t Only Solskjaer has scored more goals off the bench than Babel. RB even scored more than "supersub" david fairclough, so he can't have been that "sh!t". If you want to ignore the facts/stats and prefer to have pacheco, who isn't even good enough for norwich city, then that's a very bizarre decision indeed. bang to rights there to be honest. i know, no come back for that, bast@rd. bable was sh!t though

Its funny how some people just base their opinions on facts rather then seeing the actual play of the player and what he can and cannot do on the pitch. Is it?? Myself, Kenny, Rafa, Roy, Paul Lambert, their assistants and coaches and a growing number of sane LFC fans all conclude that Pacheco clearly isn't as good as his hype........ What do YOU know about him that everyone else has missed?

I know nothing, but with opportunity this kid can grow, just ask spearing and you'll get your answer who we had written off completely.

I know nothing, but with opportunity this kid can grow, just ask spearing and you'll get your answer who we had written off completely. I can't really ask Spearing anything. But make no mistake, he is as average as they come and is only in the team due to injuries. The main difference here is that Pacheco has been watched closely by several managers and coaches and hasn't been deemed good enough to step in when an opportunity has arisen - Rafa, Roy and Kenny all preferred alternative options.....He's even been ousted at Norwich!! To me, that is a VERY clear sign that he simply isn't good enough. He's the new Daniel Sjolund/Dalle Vale/Partridge - fans get it into their head that we've got the next superstar in our reserves despite the presence of so much overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Right im not going to argue about Pacheco anymore I said enough already and made my point clear and getting sick of going back and forth without resolve however I want to go back to your spearing rant, thats the beauty of injuries tho, you stumble upon things you did not expect. Spearing is no starter I agree with that but next time he replaces Gerrard or Meireles, I would be alot more comfortable and relaxed because I know he can do a job for us. No one rated him at the start of the season but i certainly deem him as a backup now and I think many fans will agree with that.

id keep starting him for another while. he's improving and certainly has a great attitude. he has a better attitude than gerrard has at the moment thats for sure, and is more of a team player.

Lets look at the facts.
Rafa didnt play him nor did Hodgson and Kenny sent him to Norwich where he cant get in the team. Can you for the life of me see that this kids isnt the next big thing?
I suggest you google Richie Partridge. He was the next big thing when Houllier was in charge and people where calling for him to be "given a chance". He was given his chance because do you know why? He simply wasnt good enough.
I'm not slagging the kid off I'm just amazed how some of you are so blind to see that this kid isnt the next messiah. Bizarrely, I agree with every word you have written above. You see Carheex I do speak sense now and again.
