I woudl fancy robben anytime, i think something is up on the Riera front, i think Riera going to BArca is true, and after that Rafa id going ask for 12m or or, or he is going to sell babael too. but soemthing is going to happen this window.

Either Robben or V der Varrt, someone is coming in. i not 100% sure.

Riera did have a slight injury I think. I just hope that Rafa can buy someone if Riera does go.

true, feels like somethings definitely going on with Riera, but i think it would be stupid to let him go...Lets say we get 12m for him, what could we get for 12m thats better than him? can't see the yanks providing rafa with the extra funds too bring in silva or robben, because that would demand at least another 6-8m...

but we can get VDV....not quite sure about getting something extra for silva...

Iff we are able to get SILVA/ROBBEN/VDV and a striker .supposedly as there are few such stories around.Will this be enough for Rafa to stop complaining about money..will there be enough depth .Will he then concentrate to deploy correct tactics n players than any other excuse???

But we just have too look at the squad to realize that we need at least two more additions if we're going to compete on all fronts this season...Voronin and Babel just are'nt good enough.

If we sell Riera and then bring in VDV i would call it bad buisness, not beacause VDV is a bad player but he's not a direct replacement for riera. We need Robben for the left flank if Riera leaves and that means that the yanks must give rafa at least 6m more, plus letting him use the money from the potential sale of Riera...That will not happen...

And we do need another striker, we can't rely on Torres for the whole season...

Definitely agree about mcgeady - not good enough for liverpool. The squad is threadbare and has no depth - ok whinging about lack of money etc but truth be told i dunno what rafas on. Owen, duff, paulsen + negredo could have been brought in for less than we paid for aquilani alone. Its ok bringing in the young lads but its not fair bringing them into a team thats, low on confidence, not winning and under serious pressure from home support. A final rant is - lucas you may well take care of homeless orphans in your spare time but your not good enough for liverpool fc. end of rant.
