and whats the worst that could happen playing someone like ince ? i mean i wouldnt dream playing sterling for any longer than 15 mins and that 15 mins would be against a sh!t team when we're winning tom ince would do more in 10 minutes than cole or maxi have done all season and tom ince. we just need to stop being so scared and give a couple of these lads ago

i wish i did have confidence in our staff but i dont tbh, we have a real good bunch of young players but they just wont get a chance because its less of a risk to play maxi and kuyt instead of ince or pacheco
