There is something wrong with this kid that we are not seeing. 3 managers have taken a long hard look at him and passed him over.

i think he is going to go or if we still believe in him, send him back down to the lower leagues.

The problem is hes very spanish tecnically good but not physical maybe a loan move to a spanish team he could be a superstar or at least worth 10 million why sell him on the cheap.

Its the Europa league. We have no other players for the bench and having the number 12 jersey means nothing.

I'm sorry about this Folwer but he's not as good as you think he is. Just ask Rafa, Roy and Kenny.

Certainly looking that way.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

I think the problem is that Pacheco might not be versatile enough. He may be a decent enough player in a single role, but he will never get that role in the first side as long as Meireles and Gerrard take the field, especially with Suarez now as well as the plan to play a 2-man frontline.

I would have thought Pacheco's chance would have come against Sparta Prague had Kenny played Kuyt as the lone striker rather than N'Gog, but if Pacheco can't defend from the front the way Kuyt does (and I don't think he comes even close), then with Meireles as an attacking midfielder it becomes hard to actually justify putting Pacheco on the pitch since we must change formation just for him.

I think he's talented. I think he deserves a chance. But I also think that he's in the one position where we have an abundance of world class players, and honestly should have gone on loan in January. Having said that, he's flattered to deceive when he has been on the park, so he clearly needs more time. He's only 20 - give him another season to show he's got something.

He's probably thinking to himself "Damn I should have taken Cesc's advice"

He has one season at the very most.

maybe not but we should still give him a chance before judging him. ngog has more than 80 appearances for this club and yes he has scored some goals but most of them has come in europa league qualifiers. he's not good enough in my opinion yet he gets chance after chance. lets at least give dani a few games with the 'real' 1st team before saying he's not good enough.

I find that the poor pacheo has been over hyped, by everyone looking for a new fowler or new gerard coming up through the ranks, bbut I agree with kopswede that we cannot say that hes 'not good enough' when he hasnt had a proper run out. At the same time we must have faith in the coaching staff. For whatever reason they must believe he is 'not ready' On the few occasions I have seen him in the first time he has done nothing but nor did the 90k a week lot, so he has had a few fleeting chances at best. I am also not sure what position he is . I understand he was a striker and then they put him in midfield/wing. maybe they dont think hes tall enought to be a striker. Anyway the next jon barnes will be raheem sterling let hope we havent all died of old age when he gets his chance

I think hes not ready yet but he needs games. Vela(Aresnal) is another player whos been tipped for a long time as one for the future so they loaned him out. I think we should do the same on a short term basis at premiership level.
