Dunc, those comments show just what your personality is, and it doesn't do you any favours.
You may be playing devil's advocate in order to get a response, but I doubt it.
What you, and other who support your views fail to realise is that comments like this are part of a much wider picture, where, in a male dominated world, women are constantly put down or denigrated as soon as they are seen to be doing something that isn't 'their role', or that doesn't fit in with some mens ideas.
In general society women don't earn the same as men, get the same pensions, are ignored for promotion, and as recent events at the BBC have shown, often lose their jobs purely because they don't fit into some male idea of female perfection.
It is because of all this that the comments by Gray and Keys are so offensive, and why you, and those who think as you do, should all be ashamed of yourselves.
