it does do m,y head in the way Gerrard takes everything, free kicks corners etc.

Aurelio for free kicks and corners on the right... Meireles for corners on the left.
SG to knock them in from 25 yards at corners ala Scholes.

It's simple football really. We have no one who can head a ball (outside Soto who doesn't play that often in the EPL, and players like Hyypia who are no longer part of LFC, or Torres who is over-marked at corners), so why do we remove from play our most deadly player when in space near the edge of the area in order to hoof in balls no one can score from (at corners)? How many goals do we score from corners in a season? 4 max in all competitions?
I'm getting tired of the idea that SG thinks he runs the show, and I'm hoping Kenny sorts that sh*t out. Yes, he's the captain and I would pick no one else to take penalties when he's fit, but that doesn't mean he decides set piece tactics. Frankly his delivery from corners leaves a lot to be desired anyway.

That's why I think Kenny is the best man for manager. He will need to put some of these runaway ego's in their places.

That's not my point though. He IS a great and talented footballer, just like Rooney, no question about it, BUT his ego is way way way too big, arrogant little big headed cocky get, just like Rooney too.
