good business.. He is a bad back-up playa. His most memorable moment was the season we finished 2nd and he was our super-sub along with beni. After that season he was disappointing.

Very bad business. Less than 6mill for Babel is shocking!!!! He is only young and under the right manager will develop into a quality player- I hope we have a sell on clause.

i would have hoped to get 8 or 9 mil but still don't think 6 is bad business. he ain't gonna turn into a superstar at lfc, it would never happen. better to get rid of him now because i think his contract only stretches over next season and his price would get lower and lower.

I thought the Babel + cash for Suarez was the best for us, we would secure a top signing and get rid of a player as well. Since that isnt happening, i doubt we sign Suarez as well.

I think it's a bad price when you consider the £24m for Bent but this will be the same for the rest of the squad as Johnson would be worth about £8-£10m and Aqualani £10m and Skirtel £4-5m thats because Rafa was poor in the transfer market.

Yep we pay over the odds but bent for 24m now that is a joke. Babel has the talent but not the attitude. People will say he wasn't given a chance but we don't see what goes on in training so he might have been lazy there aswell. Hope he proves himself in Germany shame he didnt with us as I thought he was going to be great.
