By mutual consent according to SkySports news - 8m pay day! Interim manager in place - reporting Fonseca (ex Roma) in the frame, not sure what he brings certainly didn't do much at Roma - funny old game!

They should bring Conte in, probably the best option at the moment as all the top coaches are tied up.

I cannot see a big name coming in, being given instant cash jackpot and taking that club to what everybody is expecting them to do with the big resources they have.

It would take 300m of signings in January to finish mid table this season.

It will take 3 or 4 managers and a whole raft of players coming in and out over 4 or 5 years. They will be shopping at the same levels as Arsenal, Spurs, Leicester and Everton at best to start with. They will get offered a whole load of cast offs and players beyond their best years. So watch Inter, Barcelona and Scumchester looking to get some expenses off their books.

They may get Fonseca as manager but would be better off with Eddie Howe especially as there are a few ex Bournemouth players there that he can work with and will be needed to avoid relegation. They could bankroll Coutinho, Cavani and Ramsay in January but this is just an agents playground at the moment.
