He did save the one before from Willian, which stung his gloves which I'm thinking had an affect on it. Besides it wasn't all down to Adrian we lost, the whole team collectively were not good.
I also remember Alisson having a blooper in the previous game v Watford, the one at his near post he should have saved.

It only goes to show they aren't robots and they are prone to errors. Both Keepers have been fairly solid otherwise when they've been between the sticks this season and we are a far cry from when we were relying on Mignolet and Karius.
