Paris Saint-Germain will offer Liverpool £70million for Philippe Coutinho if they fail with their attempt to sign Kylian Mbappé, claim reports originating from France.
The French giants continue to be linked with the Liverpool ace and we believe their interest is genuine. However, with the ridiculously inflated transfer valuations that we’re seeing this summer, we expect many Liverpool supporters to laugh at the suggestion that the Reds would entertain an offer of £70m.

Liverpool insist that Coutinho isn’t for sale and although the player would jump at the chance to secure a dream move to Barcelona, we’re not convinced that he would consider making the switch to France if a bid was hypothetically accepted by the Reds.
French publication Le10 Sport claim PSG have been in contact with Coutinho’s advisers about a potential move as they look to line up a high profile signing for the new campaign.
