It is believed that as many a ten Premier League clubs had representatives at the match to watch the 17-year-old who has scored 15 goals in 20 Under 23 games so far this season.
Brereton, who signed a new contract with Forest in December, is reportedly attracting attention from Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp.
