RB Leipzig coach Ralph Hasenhuttl claims Liverpool are wasting their time trying to sign Naby Keïta.
The 22-year-old central midfielder is one of Jürgen Klopp’s primary summer targets and KOPTALK sources claim that the player’s camp has already indicated that he is interested in the possibility of a transfer to Anfield. However, Liverpool may need to secure Champions League qualification to make it happen.

Hasenhuttl insists that Keïta won’t be leaving Germany in the summer for Liverpool or anywhere else.
“He feels well, and we love him,” said Hasenhuttl.
“We are a super exciting club. Naby sees how much the coach invests to make him better.
“If I take the celebrations as a benchmark, Naby will stay with us forever.
“You just don’t just leave a squad like ours.”
Liverpool may face competition from Chelsea for the player’s signature, although it sounds like they have him down as a secondary target with Blues boss Antonio Conte paying special attention to Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko .
Klopp remains confident that he can secure Keïta which suggests he knows a little more than Hasenhuttl and Conte. However, Liverpool supporters have heard it all before so for now we’ll just have to sit tight and see what happens. It does sound promising though.
