Liverpool’s interest in James Rodriguez is cooling if you choose to believe the latest reports that are circulating.
Earlier this month we reported that the Reds were looking at the 25-year-old Real Madrid midfielder and that he was willing to listen to what Liverpool were willing to offer. However, it has now been suggested that only Arsenal and Manchester United have maintained their interest with Liverpool now said to be looking elsewhere.
Having fallen out of favour with coach Zinedine Zidane, a summer exit from The Bernabéu looks highly likely.
It had been claimed that Liverpool would be willing to meet an estimated valuation of around £40million and the player’s wages weren’t expected to be a stumbling block for Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp.
