Liverpool duo Jordan Henderson and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will both start England’s penultimate World Cup qualifier against Slovenia this evening.
England boss Gareth Southgate named a 26-man squad for the double-header against Slovenia and Lithuania but injuries have forced him into changing things up a little.

Oxlade-Chamberlain, who is yet to start a Premier League game for Liverpool, is expected to play off right flank tonight while Jordan Henderson will also be deployed in midfield.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson believes England have so little quality these days that players such as The Ox should consider themselves lucky to get a game.
He said: “Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be very fortunate to play. In my day and age he wouldn’t even be in the squad.”
