Liverpool Football Club is close to sealing the transfer of Mohamed Salah.
Negotiations have been ongoing between Liverpool FC and Roma since the Italians blocked our opening £28million offer last week. Roma are looking for a fee of around £35million for the 24-year-old Egyptian winger and it would appear that both sides are currently not too far apart on their valuations.

Former Liverpool FC boss Brendan Rodgers tried to bring Salah to Anfield 3 years ago but the player snubbed us and opted instead to join Chelsea which didn’t prove to be a successful move.
Liverpool FC officials are confident that a deal will be reached and KOPTALK sources do expect this one to go ahead after offering the player a salary worth £90,000-a-week, double what he currently collects in Serie A.
If an agreement is reached with Roma, the player will be granted permission to proceed with a medical. From what we understand, Salah is desperate to secure the transfer which will help things.
Providing everything goes to plan, Salah should become Jürgen Klopp’s second signing of the summer after signing rookie Dominic Solanke from Chelsea.
Talks are ongoing.
