Juventus defender offered Liverpool contract

Martin Caceres

Reports originating from Spain claim that Inter Milan, Fenerbahce and Liverpool have all made contract offers to Juventus defender Martin Caceres.

The 28-year-old centre-back is out of contract in the summer and has been tipped to leave Juventus for a new challenge.

If you choose to believe the reports, Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp is keen on the idea of adding Caceres to his squad as he looks to strengthen his back line ahead of his first full season in charge.

Borussia Dortmund’s Neven Subotic (27) is another centre-back that Liverpool continue to be linked with. We’re unsure about how genuine our interest in Caceres is but we are 100% certain that indirect talks have been held with Subotic. More on Subotic on our members’ website.

  1. Decent CB but if Klopp’s targeting a top CB… Jeison Murillo would be my pick… still can’t believe he went for peanuts to Inter and slipped right under the noses of our lousy scouts ! F-off Barry Hunter & Dave Fallows… you worthless sob !

  2. this guy is way too injury prone… he will not last in the EPL we should just stear clear of him and all the players linked with us with horrible injury histories…
