Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher believes Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp should look at trying to bring Joe Hart to Anfield next year.
The 29-year-old Manchester City ‘keeper is currently on loan at Italian outfit Torino but it is widely mooted that he wants to be playing Premier League football again next season and the chances of that happening with City look very slim.
Carragher thinks Loris Karius isn’t up to the job at the moment and doesn’t see Simon Mignolet as good enough either.
Speaking after yesterday’s match, Carra said: “If someone said to me ‘the window’s open and you can get Joe Hart’, I’d do it.
“It is a great chance Liverpool have got at the minute.”
- KOPTALK sources claim that Liverpool are monitoring Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford (22).
