A number of clubs are interested in signing Liverpool winger Harry Wilson following suggestions that he’s ready to leave Anfield.
The 22-year-old Welshman had an impressive season on loan at Derby County last season but suffered heartbreak as the Rams lost the play-off final to Aston Villa on Monday.
Capped 9 times by Wales, Wilson is reportedly attracting interest from the Premier League, Bundesliga and La Liga. In England, the likes of Brighton, Crystal Palace, Newcastle United and Southampton are said to be interested.
Having scored 18 goals and providing 4 assists while on loan at Derby last season, the suggestion is that Wilson wants regular first team football again to help further his career but doesn’t want to be farmed out on loan.
Wilson is the youngest player to turn out for Wales (16 years and 207 days) and is also Liverpool’s youngest ever international. Whether or not the Reds will consider offers for him remains to be seen.
