Dinamo Zagreb are interested in taking Liverpool FC midfielder Marko Grujić on loan.
The 20-year-old has failed to make an impact at Anfield since he was brought in by Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp from Red Star Belgrade in January 2016 and question marks remain over his long-term future.
Dinamo Zagreb adviser Zdravko Mamic has been quoted as saying that Grujić is now on their wanted list.
“I wanted to bring Andrija Zivkovic in from Benfica for €5million, but I failed,” Mamic told Serbian outlet Blic.
“Now I want to get Marko Grujić from Liverpool on loan.”
Grujić was handed an outing with the Liverpool FC Under 23s last night as he finally attempts to make a name for himself following a number of injury problems that have blighted his progress.
