Bolton Wanderers in for Cameron Brannagan

Cameron Brannagan

Bolton Wanderers are one of a number of clubs who want to take Cameron Brannagan on loan during the January transfer window.

The 20-year-old Liverpool midfielder has been made available for loan to help him gain valuable first time experience.

A proposed loan move to Wigan Athletic fell through last summer due to a clause that said if he was not involved in 75% of their games then a six-figure compensation fee would have to be paid to the Reds, so with the next transfer window now approaching, boss Jürgen Klopp wants to attempt to loan him out again.

Bolton boss Phil Parkinson is keen on recruiting the youngster to join their push for promotion. Bolton are currently 2nd in League One, 1 point behind leaders Scunthorpe.

The Academy graduate made 5 starts and 4 substitute appearances for Liverpool last season but has so far failed to break through this term.
