Bobby Duncan has completed a permanent transfer to Serie A side Fiorentina.
Liverpool will receive a transfer fee of around £1.8million for the 18-year-old striker. A 20% sell-on clause is included in the terms of the agreement.
Duncan’s controversial agent Saif Rubie was not directly involved in the transfer. It is reported that the player’s former agent Rob Segal brokered the deal.
“Everybody at the club wishes Bobby the best of luck in his future career,” said the club in a brief statement on the official Liverpool FC website.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Shamal George (21) has joined Northern Premier League side Marine FC on loan until January.
