Reports originating from Turkey claim that Besiktas want to send Loris Karius back to Liverpool following suggestions that they’re unhappy with his performances.
The 25-year-old joined the Turkish outfit in the summer on a 2-year loan deal after Liverpool secured the services of Alisson Becker from Roma. Besiktas also have the option of making the deal permanent once it concludes.
However, reports claim that Besiktas want to cancel the agreement and take Divock Origi on loan instead. The 23-year-old hitman is out of favour with Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp and has been linked with Besiktas since the summer. Origi hasn’t seen any action at Anfield so far this term but he has been praised for his attitude and effort in training.
KOPTALK sources claim that Besiktas cannot simply cancel the agreement by themselves and they claim that Besiktas are happy with the ‘keeper despite today’s reports.
Karius is expected to stay where he is for the time being while Origi should leave the club next year. Both players are available for permanent transfers.
