I would like to see a midfielder run in behind the defence and threaten like that every now and again. Might make
Some space for the front three.

I was hoping Thiago was going to run beyond the forwards, but so far he is playing quite deep, hopefully when Hendo is back in MF Thiago will play further forward, that's also where we miss Jota, his ability to run/dribble with the ball past defenders.

I think Thiago is a more a deep lying midfield because of his low pace

But his creativity would be really useful just behind the strikers, to open teams up and pass balls through for them to run onto, we have been struggling from MF to create, so everything has been going down the wings with the FB's, teams know that, so they just fill the box and block it, like Burnley did. The FB delivery has not been that good recently, so we had about 40 crosses, which rarely reached a Liverpool player, we need to vary the attack more.

I'd take Eriksen. He'll be cheap and Keita, Ox & Shaquiri, when fit, aren't really taking their chances.
