RB Salzburg striker Erling Braut Haaland has a £17million January release clause in his contract, according to reports.
After a breakout season the 19-year-old has 27 goals to his name after just 20 games, including five hat-tricks and becoming the first teenager to score in five Champions League games in a row. Haaland has grabbed eight goals in just five appearances in this season's Champions League including strikes against Liverpool and Napoli.

Surely Liverpool would have to be interested if this is true?
If that is true, lots of clubs will be interested in him, I doubt we will pay the most wages, but with Klopp we could offer him a career path to develop, like TAA has, depends if he wants regular football/most money, as the likes of RM will pay him top money, but he won't play for about 3 years.
Wasn't Martin Ødegaard the last hot prospect from Norway, he joined RM and has hardly played for them, I think he toured Melwood if I remember correctly? he visited all the top clubs.
He would be better staying at RB and continue his development, they have done a good job with him.
