Did you not post: "I heard in French TV that it will be a fine"?

That would mean it's been decided in advance before UEFA's Adjudicatory Chamber had even started a full investigation into City's financial dealings!

Hasn't the investigation been over?

Pretty sure they were already fined a few years back.

A 3 year transfer and European competition ban should make everyone sit up and take notice.

In reality it will be something along the lines of a fine of a packet of crisps.

Without CL football they will not attract top players. With a transfer ban they will struggle to get CL success. So do their legs on both.

They are favourites to win the competition this season like they were last season. If UEFA want to take action to ensure their own competitions are not tarnished then they must make an example of someone.

Here is their opportunity.
I hope they fill their boots!

No, only City losing their appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The actual Adjudicatory Chamber for UEFA have not launched their full investigation yet.

PSG and City have been fined...it's a reoccurring theme from Owners who have scant regard for fair play and rules.

Money talks and no doubt uefa have made plenty from their threats to such clubs.

I think the last fine was 49m but they had some of it suspended and they coughed up 20m+. Hardly peanuts and they have now displayed that they are serial offenders.

Strange though how national associations get partial stadium closures and small fines for racism yet clubs get massive fines in proportion to this. I suppose the difference is that it is difficult to control who you let through the turnstiles or who sneaks in. When you are employing a machine to cook the books and deceive those who make the laws of the game you do run the risk of having the book thrown at you.

Rangers in Scotland and Juventus in Italy were both found guilty of breaking rules and got demoted. Time for UEFA to wield the big stick.

Aah, that would be something:

1. Demotion 3 divisions
2. Transfer ban 3 years
3. CL / EL ban 5 years

But I guess that would only mean the owners of City sold the club and instead bought Leicester. Isn't that what they more or less want to do anyway - at least their cb pair. sick
