So Lijnders press conference has confirmed that Shaqiri is out with a calf injury...should we be reading more into this? We know the lad is frustrated at limited opportunities in the 1st team and has spoken out about it several times recently. With Origi injured it must have been a right smack in the face seeing Klopp choose Lallana to come on in the Chelsea game before him:
Unused sub in Chelsea game 3 mins in Napoli game 6 mins in Newcastle game 5 mins in Burnley game Unused sub in Arsenal game Unused sub in Southampton game Unused sub in Super cup v Chelsea Unused sub in Norwich game 11 mins in the Charity Shield v Man City
No wonder Shaqiri is p.issed he's not being given any game time to affect a game!

He's obviously ready to play because he's been a part of every squad selected so far this season. Is Klopp punishing Shaqiri for speaking out? because I cannot believe that Lallana is a better option to bring on then Shaqiri.
