If we're only looking at this last summer window and the season we're playing right now, then I fail to see why anyone is even mentioning Keita at all.

We haven't paid for him yet and don't know whether he'll even come next summer with us seemingly dropping out of top 4 and maybe even an EL place.

Because the club would look extremely, extremely, extremely bad if it didn't go through after announcing it so it must be water tight and therefore will go through.
