Congrats to Solanke and Ojo for firing England into the finals against Venezuela.

Solanke's Brace against Italy in the semis proved the difference to send them through. His goal in the Quarters was also decisive.

He looks a promising prospect. 3 very different kinds of goals, pacy, tricky, powerful, composed.

Yeah, I was hoping Ojo would get a chance towards the end of the season when we lost Mane, at least as a sub, but he never even made the bench?

He's good cover for the squad, but we still need an experienced winger/pacy midfielder like Salah/Mahrez etc

Ojo had some injury issues, if I recall. I would like to see more of him.

This is the first time an England side has reached a world cup final at any level since 1966.

He looked pacy when Leicester were breaking out on the counter, him & Vardy got allot of goals that way in 2015/16, he's a good dribbler as well.

Good to know but very hard (particularly these days) to make the break lost count of the number of prospects at this level they never get there. But you never know

Solanke won the golden ball. Previous winners at this age level include Maradona, Messi, and Pogba.

Vikram Solanki, I think he's at Surrey now although he was at Worcestershire for a long time.

There does seem to be the young talent there. But too much money is thrown at player with potential and they consider that they have "made it" when they have bought a Ferrari, and have an entourage, not when they have won a title or performed at the top level for a number of years.

I can't see a way to fix it as long as sky are involved in football in England and as long as the FA is run by corrupt toffee nosed knobs.

Well if he was Worcestershire for a long time and he's Slurry now, we should be selling, not buying...
